More information:
- Proposals can be submitted in Basque, Spanish or English.
- Proposals must include the title of the paper, name and surname(s) of the author(s), institution of origin (academic affiliation, organisation or independent), e-mail address.
- Abstract of the paper (maximum 800 characters including spaces) and up to five keywords, a biographical note of the author(s) (maximum 350 characters including spaces), Working Group the proposal is submitted to and, finally, whether it is proposed to be presented in person or online.
- For those that shall submit presentations on identical or similar thematics, the organisation of the Conference provides the opportunity to form panels in a same workgroup. In this case, applicants should send an email to [email protected] detailing their proposal by May 4.
- The Selection Committee will make the final decision on the acceptance of papers following the proposals of the Working Groups (WG) coordinators and will be announced on April 30, 2026. The Selection Committee and the coordinators may relocate the papers to other WGs than those initially submitted due to organisational needs or for better thematic accommodation.
- The deadline for registration for the Conference is June 1, 2026. This deadline applies to speakers who have been admitted to the Conference and wish to be included in the final program.
